Oakland Diamond Tools delivers a complete line of high performance PDC products for fixed cutter drill bits. ODT continues to push the performance limits of PDC cutters by adopting a series of new technology and high quality raw materials to amplify impact resistance and thermal stability to drill increasingly harder, more abrasive and inter-bedded formations.

Polycrystalline diamond compact (PDC cutters) consist of polycrystalline diamond layer sintered with tungsten carbide substrate under ultra-high temperature and pressure. PDC cutters are widely used in water well PDC bits, oil field PDC bits, geological PDC exploration bits, gas exploration bits, and PDC coal mining drill bits. ODT PDC cutters fit the qualification and satisfaction for the harsh drilling environments; they have achieved outstanding drilling performance and are highly estimated by customers.

The performance index and stability of these cutters are better than that of normal production available in the market, our cutters have been strictly workshop and field tested. The cutter was examined under a scientific and strict quality control system to insure the PDC material has hence ensures the specifications. Hold resistant does not exist between our carbide and the bit pocket when brazing the cutters onto the bit.
