Deep penetrating teeth allow the serrated wheels to score deeper into the glass than the regular wheels. They smoothly score glasses with reduced chippings, thus significantly decrease the scrap and rework rate to improve productivity while keeping production costs down. During the scoring process, the results clearly show the score line has tolerable cracks and smooth straight breaking edge.

The wheels are available in a variety of different sizes, cutting angles, grid sizes, number of teeth and teeth depth.
